I enjoyed my stay at Duong Chan hotel. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed with excellent bathroom facilities. Staff service stood out. everyone was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile, especially during my visit to the bar. However, room service needed improvement. It was challenging to communicate with the staff who took orders. unclear responses led to frustration, especially when I required assistance recovering from an injury. Despite this, the beautiful decor and spa area added to the positive experience.
